Joyce Young OBE is one of Scotland's most celebrated fashion designers. A Glasgow School of Art honours graduate, Joyce has spent over three decades creating luxury bridal and occasionwear for women who refuse to settle for ordinary.

Do I have to book an appointment to speak to someone?

Not at all — just give us a call on 0141 942 8900. We love having a chat before people visit. There's no obligation whatsoever and our team are always happy to talk through ideas, answer questions, and help you decide whether a visit is right for you.

What if I'm not sure what I'm looking for yet?

That's exactly what our team is here for. Call us and we'll talk it through — what occasion it is, what styles might suit you, what timings to consider. You don't need to have anything figured out before you pick up the phone.

Will someone call me back if I leave a message?

Absolutely. We always call back — Joyce often phones customers personally. If you leave us a message with your name and a good time to reach you, we'll be in touch.

Why is there a £25 booking fee for appointments?

The deposit ensures appointments are reserved for clients who are genuinely ready — so your consultation is focused, unhurried, and completely personal to you. It's fully redeemable against any purchase. And if you'd rather arrange your appointment over the phone, just call us — we're happy to do that too.

How long does an appointment last?

Typically 60 to 90 minutes — plenty of time to explore styles, try things on, and have a relaxed conversation about your vision.

How far in advance should I be thinking about this?

For brides, we recommend getting in touch at least 9–12 months before your wedding to allow time for design and production. For occasionwear, 3–6 months is usually enough — but the earlier the better. Give us a call and we'll let you know what's realistic for your timescale.
