We were in Aberdeen in June for a photoshoot to promote Aberdeen City Council’s Over 50’s Festival. The publicity is just released today so I can now reveal these amazing images of the volunteer models who wore Tartan Spirit outfits to show contemporary Scottish outfits on the fashion conscious young at heart.
The undisputed star of the day was Marion Findlayson who is actually a good customer at By Storm. This elegant lady is starting her modelling career at 80 years old !
Her energy,enthusiasm and positivity makes her an inspiration to younger generations.
The Festval kicks off with a Fashion show hosted by Fiona Kennedy at the Marcliffe Hotel, Pitfodels which we will be taking part in on 29th August.
Twiggy will officially open the Festival at the Belmont Cinema on 7th September when she will launch her documentary about her career.
