Wedding Exhibitions and New Designs

It has been a busy and exciting few weeks as we attended the main wedding exhbitions in Scotland to showcase our newest designs for Brides and Mothers . First of all we were at The Scottish Wedding Exhibition at the SECC in Glasgow followed by Your Wedding Exhibition at TECA in Aberdeen and a whistle stop tour to join the wedding showcase at Cameron House Hotel on Loch Lomond . We met lots of lovely excited Brides and Mums as they begin their wedding planning journey. Amidst all the doom and gloom around it’s a privilege to have such an important and exciting event to look foreward to. We are passionate about the role we play in our clients’ weddings and are honoured to be chosen to be part of their most important day.

Please take a look at the roundup of photos below from all these events .

Brides on the Catwalk

We loved the way our new dresses swished on the catwalk. We chose a small selection to highlight on the catwalk from our new styles which are now in our showroooms. Four very different styles for different types of wedding themes. Our wild card was the crop beaded top and palazzo trousers with the oversized sun hat. Not only very different and eye catching but brought lots of enquiries from both Brides and Mothers.

The second dress with elegant off the shoulder style in Mikado glowed in the spotlights and audiences loved when the model swirled round revealing the feature bow on the back.

The Boho style is simple and elegant in flowing georgette with a retro look being created with the hand made flowers on the detachable sleeves and matching flower crown giving a nod to the 1970’s.

Finally our Couture gown Chloe with intricate, twinkling, hand beaded bodice and waffle textured silk skirt floated down the Glasgow Catwalk at the SECC and brought lots of enquiries.

New Mother of the Bride and Groom Outfits

We chose to highlight jewel colours for Mothers on the catwalk. The models strutted their stuff in Royal Blue, Spring Green and Jade. Below is a selection of images from the catwalk and also some ,hot off the machines ,modelled in our Glasgow showroom by Janice out lovely in-house model.

A tour round the shows with Julie

There were some stunning stands in both Glasgow and Aberdeen. Below our lovely model Julie is photographed on the specacular Vstate Events stand and beside a very dapper dummy sporting a beautifully coordinating highland outfit by MacGregor and Macduff. We were blown away at Luxe Scot the ultimate in luxury travel – mercedes vehicles with interiors by Senzati . Julie was in her element sitting inside watching the fashion show from her luxurious and oh so comfortable surroundings.
