Thank you so much to everyone who took part in our Client Survey. We were astounded with the number of replies and the positivity and beautiful comments that we received. Your answers and comments will help us to shape our business going forward to be inclusive of our past clients, offering new styles in our Casual Chic Collection when you don’t necessarily have a special occasion to go to.
You came to us, many apprehensive, you got to know our teams in London and Glasgow and you left as friends. We’d love to continue that friendship. A high percentage of answers let us know that lots of you are interested in seeing more Casual Chic.
We are brainstorming lots of ideas and will get back to you very soon.
Congratulations go to Carol Hill
We randomly chose an e mail address from the list of clients who had kindly filled in our Client Survey and we are delighted to announce that the winner of the Casual Chic dress is mother of the bride Carol Hill . Carol originally ordered her outfit in 2019 for her daughter’s wedding which was postponed a few times due to the pandemic and finally took place ar Mar Hall in April 2022.

Carol was just delighted when we phoned to tell her the good news and we look forward to bringing you a picture in another post of Carol wearing the dress that she chooses as her prize.
The answers to our questions spotlighted lots of valuable information. One very interesting section revealed that 1/3 of our clients travel from over 100 miles away, one third between 25 and 100 miles and the remaining third travelled under 25 miles. Thank you for travelling long distances to find us we really appreciate that.
Design followed by Made to Measure and Customer Service were the main reasons for choosing to come to us and the number of lovely comments we received from you were just so heartwarming for our team.
