Follow the Couture Experience with Bride and Mother

Follow the experience of real life London bride Katie and her mother Suzzane through their fittings to the day of Katie’s amazing wedding to James. Enjoy her stunning photographs by top fashion photographer Anna Fowler.

Both Katie’s wedding dress and her Mum’s outfit are designed by Joyce Young. Katie’s Mum is a florist and made the bouquet and the church flowers for the wedding.

Katie is a ballet dancer and runs The Primrose Hill Ballet School and Primrose Hill Performing Arts she lives near our London showroom. She and her mother Suzzane first came to see us a year before the wedding.

At the first appointment it was clear that Katie would prefer to choose the Couture route and have a dress individually designed for her. She tried on styles and we mocked up the final design by taking elements from a few different samples. A sketch was drawn and the French Chantilly lace chosen which suited Katie’s delicate features beautifully. The body of the dress is a heavy crepe which drapes beautifully.

Start your journey to become a Joyce Young Bride today and we promise you that we will try our best to ensure that you will have a wonderful experience.

Here are Katie and James’ fabulous wedding photos, see below for the journey.
